Managed Services is an alternative to the less predictable on-demand outsourcing model, where services are billed to the customer only for the work done when available. It is the practice of outsourcing certain processes and functions intended to improve your operations and cut expenses. It is a subscription model, the customer owns the solution and simply ask another entity to deliver a set of agreed managed services.
Global Mediator’s Managed Services assumes responsibility for providing a defined set of services in relation to solution life cycle management and maintaining solutions that have been deployed going forward. This is done via an upfront setup fee and an ongoing near-fixed monthly fee, providing our customers with predictable solution maintenance costs.
