Recruitment Specialist

The Recruitment specialist is part of Human Resources function. He/she is responsible for finding the right people for existing roles based on Global Mediator business needs, ensuring full-cycle recruitment process, building internal and external communicational network, spreading the culture and company values, managing their onboarding process together with other participants, ensuring excellent candidate and newcomer experience along the way.

Areas of Responsibility

  •  

    Prepare job profiles for new roles (technical and non-technical roles), folder and update whenever necessary all excisting profiles

  •  

    Ensure visibility of open positions on all available resources: company web-site, MS Teams, DOU, Djinni etc.; initiate and extend our presence through additional channels. Provide active search through relevant resources

  •  

    Collaborate with Marketing Manager on promoting positions in social medias (Facebook, LinkedIn, Xing, etc.)

  •  

    Build strong and extensive external network increasing the pipeline of potential candidates. Create and manage candidates’ database

  •  

    Provide CVs screening and shortlisting based on vacancies profiles

  •  

    Conduct phone interviews and pre-selections, describing the vacancy benefits to candidates

  •  

    Manage recruitment tunnel, arranging all necessary interviews and assessments

  •  

    Coordinate technical interviews or test tasks, gather, discuss and store feedbacks

  •  

    Conduct HR security screening of final candidates according to HR Information Security policy

  •  

    Collaborate with recruitment agencies on specific roles

  •  

    Prepare offers together with HRM and negotiate the conditions with candidates

  •  

    Initiate creation of email accounts for newcomers

  •  

    Prepare onboarding meetings plans for newcomers

  •  

    Prepare announcements about newcomers to all team members

  •  

    Conduct ongoing talks with potential candidates, existing candidates and newcomers, broadcasting company values, culture and evaluating their attitude

  •  

    Provide labour market analysis, gather insights and advice HRM and Management team on current situation

  •  

    Attend community meetups, conferences, webinars to follow new recruitment trends, ensure constant self-education and professional growth and help building Global Mediator’s Employer Value Proposition

Personality & Experience

  •  

    Higher degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, Computer Scince or other related qualification

  •  

    Successful recruitment experience in IT industry 2-3+ years with people focused values

  •  

    Knowledge of recent recruitment practices

  •  

    Easy-going and result-oriented personality, strong communicator

  •  

    Empathy, curiosity, talent to build trustful relationships with people

  •  

    At least Upper-Intermediate level of written and spoken English
