Has a relevant higher education (Master) in Computer Science or equivalent ensuring a solid analytical and methodological background

More than 5 years working experience

Technically well round individual, ideally strong on the MS technology stack and cloud environments, but strong data skills could also be an option

Some enterprise understanding including Automation, Robotics and Machine Learning, but does not need to have Microsoft Dynamics NAV/365 BC knowledge

Has the ability to work with people and motivate them without having to rely too much on formal power

Communicates with ease and is willing to stand her/his ground in the heat of the moment

Works closely with the company’s Director of Delivery to ensure that the company can deliver high-quality projects and solutions in time and on budget

Drive innovation around tech management and processing; helps build/operate the technology vision — but, at the same time, not afraid to get her/his hands dirty if a project goes off track

Manages the company’s Tech Leads and sets reasonable expectations together with them towards the development teams

Tech stack definition and usage

Helps remove the technical impediments

Review, elaborate and approve technical and architectural solutions

Aid in software architecture, modernization, refactoring and scaling out

Maintain technical backlog, control of technical debt

Involvement in pre-sales through technical consultancy, demo, Proof of — Concept (PoC) or supporting Request for Proposals (RFPs)

Works with technical leads to define best practices, coding guidelines and — very important — build organizational skill level.

Maintains technical overview to help guide which technologies / applications should be used, where, why and when
