Tech documentation creation and support (product & process documentation: system components & architecture description, API, dev/qa guidelines, specs, user journey schemes, user manuals etc.)

Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements

Define the approach, organize and manage documentation migration across the organization

Determine the needs of users of technical documentation and establish the clearest and most logical way to present information for the greatest reader comprehension

Higher degree in IT, Programming, Economics or other related qualification

3+ years of copywriting in IT industry, technical writing experience (experience with Microsoft technology stack is a big advantage)

Previous experience writing documentation

Exceptional writing and research skills, ability to support customer journey with engaging stories

Fluent/Advanced level of written and spoken English

A positive attitude, excellent interpersonal and presentation skills

Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work on multiple projects

Ability to work autonomously and with a team to meet deadlines

Initiative and proactive approach
