Review and analysis of requirements

Test planning, design, review and execution of test scenarios and test cases

Providing task estimations

Identifying issues and adding them to the tracking system, issues processing

Test documentation maintenance

Communication with customers

Collaboration with the team

Status reporting

Providing the demo of test results for acceptance of user stories

Conducting E2E testing for project needs

Participation in full cycle of SDLC - STLC

Contributing into lessons learned / retrospectives and collaboration with IT team members on implementing the process improvements

Help in creation of learning and continuous improvement culture within your team and beyond

Working according to: ISO 29119

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Accounting or related field with financial background

1+ years of practical testing experience in Software Testing of web - based, client-server applications

Experience with EPR systems: MS Dynamics NAV / Business Central, 1C, etc.

Strong analytical, structuring, problem-solving skills

Good knowledge of API testing, SQL

Will be a plus: experience in testing web-based CRM applications

Experience in conducting various testing types: functional and non-functional

Good understanding of test methodologies and practices

At least intermediate level of English (writing and speaking)

Experience in Agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies

Team player, proactive attitude, attentive, results-oriented personality

Eagerness to learn and develop professionally

Hands-on experience in the following technologies will be a plus:

· Docker

· Database: MS SQL, Mongo DB, Azure

· Testing practices such as BDD/TDD

· Knowledge of CI/CD

· Jira, Confluence, Zephyr Scale

· Nice-to-have: MS, ISTQB certification, etc.
